Refund Policy

All purchases are covered for 14 days from the date of the charge: a single report unlock, a Mirror Pass subscription payment (monthly or yearly), and a duo test session. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within those 14 days and we will return the full amount you paid. You do not need a special reason.

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for every sale and appears on your payment statement and receipt. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, where your order can be looked up by the email address you paid with.

Email us at personalitytruth@gmail.com, or use the Contact page, with the email address on your account and roughly what you bought. You do not need to explain at length; a line is enough.

If it is easier, you can go straight to Paddle at paddle.net and request the refund there. Both routes reach the same outcome.

A $2 report unlock is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After a refund, the report returns to its locked state and your access to it ends.

Mirror Pass is billed monthly ($9) or yearly ($69) and renews automatically. Each charge carries its own 14-day refund period. A refund of the current billing period covers the full amount of that charge.

After a refunded charge, your Mirror Pass access ends at the point the refunded period began, and every report returns to its locked state.

You can cancel Mirror Pass at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as a refund: if you cancel after the 14-day window, the charge for the current period is not refundable, but you keep full access until it ends.

A $3 duo test session is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After a refund, the duo session for that test closes and neither participant can continue it.

Once a refund is issued, it normally appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Paddle sends you a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

The guarantee exists so you never pay for something that did not help you. Repeated refund-and-repurchase cycles, or refunds requested to keep unlocking content without paying for it, fall outside fair use. We may decline refunds in those cases and will always tell you why.
